About Celeste…

Celeste has a background in museum education, theater, and immersive technologies.

She has worked in a variety of museums, theaters, and informal education environments including The National Air and Space Museum, The Smithsonian Associates, The Smithsonian’s Discovery Theatre, Adventure Theater MTC, & National Geographic. Across all of her roles, Celeste has focused on creating one-of-a-kind experiences and incredible memories for guests.

Currently, Celeste serves as the Assistant General Manager for the Museum of Illusions Washington. Celeste oversees the daily operations of ticketing and the museum floor. Her work ensures that both guests and staff have an exceptional experience.  

Celeste grew up in Ottawa, IL. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Theater, Fine Arts, and Art History from the George Washington University. Since 2010 she has volunteered for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership foundation (HOBY), where she designs service learning experiences and leadership development programs. In her free time Celeste is an avid reader and an enthusiastic D&D adventurer.
